  • Corporate structuring and restructuring
  • Bank account opening assistance
  • Nominee and local sponsor arrangements

The specific scope, timeline, and fees for services will be outlined in a separate service agreement or proposal provided to you before engagement.

3. Consultation and Advice

Information provided through our website, AI chatbot, and initial consultations is for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, financial, or tax advice. For specific guidance, we recommend consulting with qualified legal and financial professionals.

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, UAE regulations and government procedures may change without prior notice. MKHA is not liable for decisions made based on general information provided before a formal engagement.

4. Client Obligations

When engaging our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and truthful information and documentation.
  • Respond to requests for information or documents in a timely manner.
  • Comply with all applicable UAE laws and regulations.
  • Pay all agreed-upon fees and government charges on time.
  • Notify us promptly of any changes to your personal or business details.
  • Not use our services for any illegal or fraudulent purposes.

5. Fees and Payment

  • Initial consultations are provided free of charge.
  • Service fees will be clearly communicated in writing before any work commences.
  • Government fees, attestation charges, and third-party costs are separate from our service fees and are subject to change by the relevant authorities.
  • Payment terms will be specified in the service agreement. Overdue payments may incur late fees.
  • All fees are quoted in UAE Dirhams (AED) unless otherwise specified.

6. Timelines and Deliverables

While we provide estimated timelines for service completion (typically 5-30 business days depending on the service), actual processing times depend on government authorities and are outside our direct control. MKHA shall not be held liable for delays caused by:

  • Government processing times or policy changes.
  • Incomplete or incorrect documentation provided by the client.
  • Third-party delays (banks, attestation agencies, etc.).
  • Force majeure events.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on our website - including text, graphics, logos, images, and software - is the property of MKHA Business Services LLC and is protected by UAE and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our written permission.

8. Website Use

You agree not to:

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

10. Confidentiality

We treat all client information as confidential. We will not disclose your personal or business information to third parties except as necessary to provide our services, as required by law, or with your explicit consent.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the service engagement with written notice. Upon termination, you are responsible for payment of all services rendered up to the termination date. Government fees already paid are generally non-refundable as per government policy.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
